1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล และช่องทางติดต่อ

2. ข้อมูลที่เว็บไซต์เก็บ
- ข้อมูลในแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ: ชื่อ ชื่อบริษัท (ถ้ามี) อีเมล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ บริการที่สนใจ และข้อความที่ท่านพิมพ์เอง เพื่อให้ทีมงานติดต่อกลับและให้คำปรึกษา ข้อมูลถูกส่งเข้าระบบรับเรื่องภายในของบริษัท (n8n) ไม่ถูกส่งไปโฆษณา
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเพื่อป้องกันการใช้งานผิดปกติ: ที่อยู่ IP ใช้จำกัดจำนวนครั้งการส่งฟอร์ม (บริการ Upstash) เก็บชั่วคราวตามรอบการจำกัดจำนวน
- สถิติการเข้าชมแบบรวม: เว็บไซต์ใช้ Vercel Web Analytics และ Metricool นับจำนวนการเข้าชมหน้าเว็บ (ส่งที่อยู่หน้าที่เปิด ขนาดหน้าจอ และเว็บต้นทางที่พาท่านมา) โดยไม่ใช้คุกกี้ติดตามตัวบุคคล
- คุกกี้การตลาด (Meta Pixel): เปิดใช้เฉพาะเมื่อท่านกด “ยอมรับ” ในแถบคุกกี้เท่านั้น เมื่อเปิดใช้ Meta Platforms, Inc. จะได้รับข้อมูลการเข้าชมของท่าน (หน้าที่เปิด ตัวระบุของเบราว์เซอร์ และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์) เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณาและแสดงโฆษณาของบริษัทให้เหมาะสมขึ้น ท่านเปลี่ยนใจได้ทุกเมื่อที่ลิงก์ “ตั้งค่าคุกกี้” ด้านล่างของทุกหน้า หากเปลี่ยนเป็น “ปฏิเสธ” Pixel จะไม่ถูกโหลดในการเปิดหน้าถัดไป
เว็บไซต์ไม่มีระบบสมัครสมาชิก และไม่ขายข้อมูล เว็บไซต์ใช้พิกเซลโฆษณาของ Meta เฉพาะเมื่อท่านกดยอมรับเท่านั้น (ดูหัวข้อคุกกี้การตลาดด้านบน) หากท่านกดลิงก์ไปยัง LINE หรือ Facebook ข้อมูลของท่านจะอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของแพลตฟอร์มนั้นๆ
3. ข้อมูลผู้ใช้ Google (Gmail) — Google user data
บริษัทใช้เครื่องมือภายในที่ชื่อ “gmail-local” ซึ่งเชื่อมต่อกับ Gmail ของเจ้าของบัญชีเอง (บัญชีของผู้บริหารบริษัทที่อนุญาตด้วยตนเอง) ไม่ได้เปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปเข้าสู่ระบบ ด้วย Google
- สิทธิ์ที่ขอ (OAuth scopes): gmail.readonly (อ่านเมล) · gmail.compose (สร้างร่างเมล) · gmail.modify (จัดระเบียบเมล เช่น ติดป้าย ทำเครื่องหมายอ่านแล้ว จัดเก็บ)
- ใช้เพื่ออะไร: อ่าน ร่างข้อความตอบ และจัดระเบียบเมลให้เจ้าของบัญชีเอง เป็นฟีเจอร์ที่ผู้ใช้เห็นและสั่งเองเท่านั้น ระบบไม่ส่งอีเมลออกเองและไม่ลบเมล
- เก็บที่ไหน: เครื่องมือทำงานบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของบริษัท โทเคนการเชื่อมต่อเก็บในเครื่องนั้น บริษัทไม่เก็บสำเนาเนื้อหาเมลถาวร ส่วนไฟล์แนบที่เครื่องมือดึงมาอ่าน (เช่น รูปภาพและไฟล์ที่แปลงเป็นข้อความไม่ได้) จะบันทึกชั่วคราวบนเครื่องของบริษัท และถูกลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อเก็บนานเกิน 7 วัน
- ผู้ให้บริการ AI: เมื่อเจ้าของบัญชีสั่งให้ผู้ช่วย AI (Claude ของ Anthropic, PBC) อ่าน สรุป หรือร่างข้อความตอบ เนื้อหาเมลและไฟล์แนบที่เครื่องมือดึงมาตามคำสั่งนั้นจะถูกส่งให้ Anthropic ประมวลผลเพื่อทำงานตามคำสั่งของเจ้าของบัญชี (เป็นการส่งเพื่อให้บริการฟีเจอร์ที่เจ้าของบัญชีเห็นและสั่งเอง ซึ่งเป็นข้อยกเว้นที่ Limited Use อนุญาต) โดย Anthropic ประมวลผลตาม Consumer Terms และ Privacy Policy ของ Anthropic ส่วนคำมั่นของบริษัทเอง: บริษัทไม่ขาย ไม่โอน และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลจาก Google ให้บุคคลอื่น ไม่ใช้เพื่อโฆษณา และไม่นำข้อมูลไปฝึกหรือปรับแต่งโมเดล AI ของบริษัท
- คนอ่านข้อมูล: ไม่มีบุคคลอื่นอ่านข้อมูลนี้ นอกจากเจ้าของบัญชี เว้นแต่ได้รับความยินยอมชัดเจน จำเป็นเพื่อความปลอดภัย หรือเพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย
Limited Use disclosure. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. CapFlow Partner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
เพิกถอนสิทธิ์: ท่านเพิกถอนสิทธิ์การเข้าถึง Gmail ได้ทุกเมื่อที่ myaccount.google.com/permissions เมื่อเพิกถอนแล้วบริษัทจะไม่สามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อีก และจะลบโทเคนที่เก็บไว้
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
- ข้อมูลจากแบบฟอร์มติดต่อ: เก็บเท่าที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้คำปรึกษาและติดตามงาน และไม่เกิน 2 ปีนับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด หากไม่ได้เป็นลูกค้า
- ข้อมูลจาก Google: ไม่เก็บสำเนาเนื้อหาเมลถาวร ไฟล์แนบที่บันทึกชั่วคราวบนเครื่องบริษัทถูกลบอัตโนมัติเมื่อเกิน 7 วัน ส่วนโทเคนการเชื่อมต่อเก็บจนกว่าจะเพิกถอนสิทธิ์
- ข้อมูลของลูกค้าบริการบัญชี: เก็บตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด (โดยทั่วไป 5–7 ปี) ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้สัญญาบริการแยกต่างหาก
5. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)
ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูล ขอแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง ขอลบหรือทำลาย ขอระงับหรือคัดค้านการใช้ ขอโอนย้ายข้อมูล ถอนความยินยอม และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
6. ช่องทางขอลบข้อมูล / ใช้สิทธิ
ส่งคำขอทางอีเมล atthakorn.p@capflowpartner.com ระบุชื่อและช่องทางที่เคยติดต่อ บริษัทจะตอบภายใน 30 วัน และจะลบข้อมูลที่ไม่มีหน้าที่ตามกฎหมายต้องเก็บ
7. ความปลอดภัย
เว็บไซต์ใช้การเข้ารหัส HTTPS และมาตรการป้องกันบอต การเข้าถึงข้อมูลภายในจำกัดเฉพาะผู้ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ และเก็บรหัสลับ/โทเคนแยกจากซอร์สโค้ด
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้ บริษัทจะแก้วันที่ “ปรับปรุงล่าสุด” ด้านบนของหน้านี้

Website data
Our contact form collects your name, company (optional), email, phone number, service of interest and message, so we can reply and advise you. Submissions go to our internal intake system (n8n). We use your IP address only for short-term rate limiting of form submissions (Upstash) and Vercel Web Analytics and Metricool for aggregate page-view statistics without cookie-based personal tracking. We do not sell personal data. We use the Meta Pixel (advertising pixel) only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. When enabled, Meta Platforms, Inc. receives visit data (page viewed, browser identifiers and device information) so we can measure advertising results and show our ads more relevantly. You can change your mind at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; after choosing “Reject” the Pixel is not loaded on your next page load.
Google user data (Gmail)
Our internal tool “gmail-local” connects to the Gmail account of its owner (a company executive who authorizes it personally). It is not offered to the public and has no public Google sign-in. It requests these scopes: gmail.readonly, gmail.compose and gmail.modify, only to read, draft replies to, and organize (label, mark as read, archive) the owner’s own email. It does not send email on its own and does not delete email.
- The tool runs on the company's own computer and OAuth tokens are stored on that machine. We do not keep permanent copies of email content. Attachments the tool fetches (e.g. images and files that cannot be converted to text) are saved temporarily on the company computer and automatically deleted after 7 days.
- When the account owner asks the AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic, PBC) to read, summarize or draft replies, the email content and attachments the tool retrieves are sent to Anthropic for processing to carry out the owner’s instruction. This is a transfer needed to provide a user-facing feature the owner requests, as permitted by the Limited Use requirements. Anthropic processes this data under its Consumer Terms and Privacy Policy.
- CapFlow's own commitment: we do not sell or disclose Google user data to anyone else, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train or fine-tune AI models of our own.
- No human other than the account owner reads this data, except with the user's explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with law.
Revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation we can no longer access your data and we delete the stored token.
Retention, your rights and deletion requests
Contact-form data is kept only as long as needed to advise you, and no longer than 2 years after last contact if you are not a client. Google user data content is not stored permanently (temporary attachment files are deleted after 7 days); tokens are kept until access is revoked. Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, portability, and withdraw consent.
